 ill discuss what’s at stake as Israel struggles to form its next governmen

 ists. This is an opportunity to meet leaders who are advancing democratic\
 , pluralistic values\, and who are working towards peace between Israelis 
 and Palestinians and a shared future for all of Israel’s citizens\, Jews a
 nd Arabs alike.\n\nYael Patir is J Street's Israel Director. Prior to join
 ing J Street in 2012\, she served as Director of the Civil Leadership Depa
 rtment at the Shimon Peres Center for Peace where she oversaw cross-border
  peace-building programs that engaged a wide range of civil society figure
 s\, including Palestinian and Israeli young political leaders. Yael also h
 elped establish the Palestinian-Israeli Peace NGO Forum\, a network of som
 e 100 Palestinian and Israeli peace and dialogue organizations\, and has s
 erved as the Israeli Director since the Forum’s inception in January 2006.
 \n\nDr. Nisreen Shehada is one of the founders of Standing Together\, a jo
 int Jewish-Arab grassroots movement fighting to transform Israeli politics
 . Standing Together organizes Jewish and Arab citizens of Israel around ca
 mpaigns for peace\, equality\, and social justice\, in order to build powe
 r and transform Israeli society.  Dr. Shehada has a PhD in chemical engine
 ering and nanotechnology\, works at a large high-tech company and lives in
  Haifa.\n\nMichal Gera Margaliot is the Executive Director of Israel's Wom
 en's Network. For the last decade Michal has been on the frontlines promot
 ing women’s rights in Israel. In her current role\, Michael oversees IWN's
  work to fight for equal pay for women and greater women's representation 
 in leadership positions across all sectors of Israeli society. Prior to be
 coming the managing director of the IWN\, Michal served as a parliamentary
  advisor and chief of staff of MK Merav Michaeli.\n
