 re-Raphaelite art at the Delaware Art Museum\, will give a lecture on the 
 British artist Simeon Solomon (1840-1905). Solomon was the only member of 
 the Pre-Raphaelite circle who was Jewish. He painted stories from the Tora
 h and Prophets\, as well as scenes of Jewish cultural and liturgical pract
 ices. He also used his art to explore his own homosexuality and often depi
 cted same-sex passion in his work. The Delaware Art Museum is currently pl
 anning the first exhibition on Solomon ever mounted in the United States. 
 Sophie will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the plans for this exciting 
 show.
