  in the Auditorium at the J on Sunday\, March 30th for a 3-hour Qi Gong wo
 rkshop from 9 AM - 12 PM. During the workshop\, we will hear a bit about t
 he history and many health benefits of this remarkable form of exercise. W
 e will practice a specific sequence of postures known as 8 Brocades Qi Gon
 g. We will also learn simple warmup exercises\, self-massage\, and meditat
 ion to enhance our practice.\n\nThe workshop is appropriate for all ages a
 nd physical conditions and can be practiced standing or sitting. The works
 hop will be taught by Dr. Seth Torregiani\, a practicing physician and cer
 tified Qi Gong instructor at the Siegel JCC. \n
