THE 2ND ANNUAL MOVIES THAT MATTER FILM & SPEAKER SERIES.
Join Jewish Family Services of Delaware (JFS) for our second annual Movies That Matter film and speaker series to address important themes and prompt meaningful conversations. This year’s event, centered on the theme “Mental Health – The Invisible Experience” will be hosted at the Siegel JCC on October 20 & 21, 2018.

As a community thought leader, JFS believes Mental Health is one of many crucial topics to address, especially in today’s social climate. Considering the stigma and judgment that is often associated with asking for help or seeking treatment, JFS wants to change the conversation around Mental Health to be more approachable, relatable, and hopeful. JFS’ goal is to create a space to offer support, share resources, and illuminate the experiences many face alone, undiagnosed or unacknowledged.

Mental Health has been stigmatized for too long; it is vital that, together, we build a more supportive, respectful, and educated community in which individuals and families feel comfortable seeking the help they need.
