Join Wilmington Hadassah as we present local author Mary Lebeau who will discuss her book Secret Philadelphia: A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful, and Obsure. Mary will share some of the bizarre and strange stories contained in the City of Brotherly Love. Hear about the cell where Al Capone paid his debt to society, the bird that inspired authors Edgar Allan Poe and Charles Dickens, how 19th century surgeries were performed and much more!
