County Executive Matt Meyer along with Dr. Karyl Thomas Rattay, Director of the Delaware Division of Public Health, and Dr. Rick Hong, State Medical Director, will address the community. County Executive Meyer will address NCC's response to the coronavirus. Drs. Rattay and Hong will address plans for vaccine rollout.
