Roots and Branches: a Beth Shalom Tu b’Shvat Seder.
Led by Rabbi Nick, certified mindfulness instructor Sarah Baker Andrus, and Cantor Bronwen
Tu b’Shvat celebrates the birth of the trees when they are only just potential and not yet in bloom. The ritual of the Tu b’Shvat seder then invites us into a heightened sensory experience of hope for the future while grounding in the present. Come join us for a festive Chinese Food dinner followed by a seder filled with Kabbalistic (mystical) and contemporary teachings, opportunities to share and connect, music, and poetry. Plus, a simultaneous seder for kids will be provided!
