Community Events

Dr. Alfred Munzer, a child survivor of the Holocaust and past president of the American Lung Association, will share his extraordinary story of survival at the 13th Halina Wind Preston Memorial Lecture on the Holocaust. Dr. Munzer, who was hidden by an Indonesian family in the Netherlands during the war, will be the featured speaker.

Joel Wind will also share memories of his aunt, Halina Wind Preston, in whose memory the lecture is held.
