Tessa Veksler is a public speaker, content creator and Jewish advocate. Originally from California, she spent a gap year in Israel studying at Bar-Ilan University while remotely completing her first year at University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). She made history as the first Shabbat-observant student body president at the university, representing more than 24,000 students.
After facing targeted harassment and antisemitism in the wake of Oct. 7, Veksler has chosen to speak bravely about her experiences while encouraging Jewish people nationwide to fight against hate. With more than 40,000 Instagram followers and over 7.5 million video views, she has become a prominent Jewish and Zionist voice on social media.
