Join Us for a Special Sukkot Dinner and Program!

We invite you to celebrate Sukkot with our community on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Enjoy an evening of delicious food, festive company, and meaningful programming.

Sophie Lyndford the curator of the Raphaelite collection at the Delaware Art Museum will speak about visual representations of sukkot in 19th-century art. She will pay close attention to paintings and drawings of the harvest festival by Simeon Solomon ( 1840 to 1905 ), the subject of the forthcoming exhibition at the Delaware Art Museum. The exhibition will be the first time that all of Solomon’s depictions of such code are reunited. Please join Sophie for a sneak preview of these stunning works.
