Two Truths in One Heart Two Peoples in One Land
Congregation Beth Emeth will be hosting a series of events titled “Two Truths in One Heart, Two Peoples in One Land” with grassroots organization
Roots/Shorashim/Judur: A Local Palestinian Israeli Initiative for Understanding, Nonviolence and Transformation. Roots works to challenge "the assumptions our communities hold about each other, building trust and creating a new discourse around the conflict in our respective societies."
The events will feature Rabbi Hanan Schlesinger and Khaled Abu Awwad as they speak about their groundbreaking journeys and the important work that Roots/Shorashim/Judur is doing in the West Bank and beyond.
The three events will take place on:
November 13, 2026, at 7 p.m.
November 14, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.
November 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m.
